INSPIRE: Strategy Planning Workshop
On the 11th of March 2024, INSPIRE held a strategic planning workshop in Cape Town, laying the groundwork for a robust business case to propel the organisation into 2030 and beyond.
At the core of this effort is INSPIRE’s dedication to advancing social performance in the renewable energy sector. The workshop meticulously outlined INSPIRE’s impact goals, projects and activities, challenges in the renewable energy social performance ecosystem, and reflected on what currently thrives within the organisation while examining areas for improvement, ensuring a holistic approach to progress.
