Join us for the inaugural well-being gathering for Social Performance Practitioners in the Renewable Energy sector

For a long time we, as Social Performance Practitioners, have been raising concerns about the significant stress and overwhelm that comes with our professional roles. While there are many reasons for the difficulty of the role we hold, the simple truth is that our emotional and physical wellbeing is often compromised and left unaddressed. It is in this context that INSPIRE feels called to be part of much-needed conversations about the wellbeing crisis in our sector.
Inaugural well-being gathering for Social Performance Practitioners in the Renewable Energy sector
On the 14th May 2025, we will be hosting our first well-being gathering for RE SP practitioners. The objectives of the event are as follows:
- To create a safe space and emotional containment where SP practitioners can share and reflect on their current state of wellbeing, including learning from each other.
- To explore and unpack what we mean by wellbeing, including the factors that enhance or undermine it.
- To build the capacity of practitioners, through the sharing of reflective practices and tools, for better self-care.
- To build a business case for why wellbeing matters for the sector, including from a business perspective.
The day will be a blend of various activities, from discussions to reflective journalling practices, to group coaching sessions and creative art processes. These approaches will be carefully crafted to give people the support they need to reflect on their current wellbeing and identify ways forward to greater self-care.
