Invitation: Trust Administrators Connect
Building on the momentum of Trustees Connect workshops, we are excited to invite REIPPPP Trust Administrators to an exclusive online engagement.
Building on the momentum of Trustees Connect workshops, we are excited to invite REIPPPP Trust Administrators to an exclusive online engagement.
Earlier this year, we hosted a series of Trust Connect Workshops in Cape Town, Gqeberha and Kimberley where we had the privilege of hosting community trustees and stakeholders from REIPPPP trust boards. These workshops were designed to build networks among trustees and enhance their understanding of the experiences of trusts in REIPPPP and elevate awareness of relevant skills. We engaged with trustees and stakeholders from REIPPPP trust boards, exploring both challenges and opportunities, and also used the workshops as an opportunity to validate our Trust Maturity Framework – a crucial tool for assessing and enhancing trust effectiveness. The energy and engagement during these sessions were incredible, and it was inspiring to see the collaboration and exchange of ideas among the participants!
Building on the momentum of the previous workshops, we are thrilled to announce our next engagement. This exclusive online engagement is specifically for trust administrators involved in REIPPPP, promising an opportunity to share insights gathered from trustees and reflect on how we might evolve practices moving forward.
During this engagement, we look forward to a dive deep into the Trust Maturity Framework, gather your invaluable insights, and explore the critical roles trust administrators can play in addressing the challenges faced by community trusts. We will also begin exploring potential collaborative efforts leading up to our Trust Building Conference for later this year – which promises to be an inspiring two day in-person gathering designed to bring together REIPPPP and other trusts to showcase good practice, explore solutions and build a shared vision for impact.
