Team News: Avela Pamla

We are happy to announce the promotion of Avela Pamla

Celebrating the journey

We are happy to announce a significant milestone in our journey at INSPIRE – the transition of Avela Pamla from the role of Graduate Intern to our inaugural employee as Project Officer. This symbolizes not just personal growth, but also the realisation of our vision to nurture talent and drive positive change.

Avela’s journey with us has been nothing short of remarkable, from her initial steps as a Graduate Intern to now assuming a pivotal role as Project Officer, Avela has demonstrated dedication, resilience and a passion for sustainable development.

As INSPIRE’s first employee, Avela brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her expertise as a REIPPPP thinker and writer has been instrumental in shaping our initiatives and amplifying our impact and her contributions have been invaluable in navigating the dynamic landscape of our newly founded NGO.

Avela holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rhodes University, completed with distinction, and she joined us after working in the Sustainable Energy Unit at the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development. Her history speaks volumes about Avela’s commitment to excellence and we have no doubt that she will continue to excel and inspire others around her.

Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement, your journey with us is only just beginning and we can’t wait to see where it takes us! Connect and Congratulate her on LinkedIn here:
