You are invited to join industry executives in advancing the understanding and practice of Social Performance and driving sustainable impact in renewable energy and mining sectors.
This event will bring together senior social performance managers, executives, and heads of departments from the renewable energy and mining sectors to exchange ideas around maturing Social Performance as a discipline and function to increase the potential to deliver meaningful change within business, host communities, and beyond.

- To define and locate Social Performance within international definitions and frameworks, including ESG, thus taking it beyond a narrow Socio-Economic Development (SED) focus.

- To share lessons learnt and best practice approaches that support the transformative role of the Social Performance function.
- To exchange ideas around how one leads for impact, including the skills and capabilities needed in teams to deliver on the full potential of Social Performance.
- To allow for meaningful exchange of ideas and lessons learnt between leaders in the renewable energy and mining sectors, thus creating the basis for ongoing collaboration.
- To identify areas of support needed in the renewable energy Social Performance space, and how collectively we might deliver on these.
