Through our work with the Trust Matters project, we have seen that strong Community Trusts are built through reflection, learning and the strengthening maturity across the 4 pillars.
The Trust Maturity Self-Assessment Tool was developed to help Community Trusts under REIPPPP reflect on their organisational development in a structured and meaningful way. By completing the assessment, Trusts gained insight into the maturity of their Governance, Vision & Strategy, Capacity and Impactful Delivery pillars, helping them understand both their strengths and the areas where further development is needed.
We are pleased to share our new Trust Maturity Baseline Report Summary, which brings together these anonymised reflections and captures a collective picture of Community Trust maturity across the sector.
The report highlights key findings emerging across participating Community Trusts and provides valuable insight into the factors that contribute to stronger organisational maturity. It also identifies priority actions that can help support Trust growth and explains how these findings are informing the next phase of the Trust Matters project.
