JustRE is a capacity-building and knowledge exchange network for multiple stakeholders (including communities, civil society organisations, governments and the private sector) working towards social excellence in renewable energy deployment.

JustRE Alliance’s objective is twofold and is underpinned by the foundational objective of removing barriers to the rapid scaling of renewable energy:

JustRE seeks to foster social responsibility in large-scale renewable energy projects to ensure meaningful community development, active participation and lasting socio-economic benefits.
We aim to enhance projects’ social acceptance due to the increased social responsibility practised, contributing to a rapid and just energy transition.
