About the dialogue
We often grapple with big challenges on our own. To address this, INSPIRE NPC offered a collective sharing and learning opportunities, referred to as ‘case clinics’ Where participants learned in community, and were also introduced to a range of methodologies for sharing and problem-solving that could be used to unblock challenges in their own teams.
Each session provided a unique learning experience that was safely held by experienced facilitators. Coaching circle methodology was used to learn from one another and anyone professionally active in the implementation of ED in REIPPPP was welcomed.
