About the dialogue

The purpose of these sessions was to make us feel better about our ED plans; to essentially plan for our ED plan, and change our perspective on ED plans from compliance to an ED plan that works for us, that helps us plan our year better.

These sessions provided discussions around ED plans; where there were networked ED managers; exchange of ideas, peer-to-peer learning; the possibility to identify opportunities for coordination/collaboration; less stress for ED managers as supported in preparations; and a summary report including a list of recommendations for IPPO for next year’s template.
